چکیده
We present in this article a numerical technique to simulate the hydrodynamic behaviour of magnetic reading device. In transient regime, evolution air pressure is computed as solution time dependent compressible Reynolds equation. The proposed method based on local discontinuous Galerkin combined with $ \theta- $method for derivative. some tests show good scheme.

A Time Dependent Pollution Routing Problem in Multi-graph
This paper considers a time dependent(the travel time is not constant throughout the day) pollution routing problem (TDPRP), which aids the decision makers in minimizing travel time, toll cost and emitted pollution cost. In complexity of urban areas most of the time one point is accessible from another with more than one edge. In contrast to previous TDPRP models, which are designed with only ...
متن کاملA new numerical approach of a lubrication free boundary problem
A combination of a semidiscretized scheme and an iterative method is applied to a free boundary problem. The considered problem is issued from a cavitation model in lubrication theory and treats on the determination of the cavitation area. Estimates L∞(Ω) which provide the convergence of the approximated solution is obtained. Finally, some numerical test examples are presented to illustrate the...

We study here a parabolic system arising in the resolution of an optimal replication problem in incomplete markets. Given a European derivative security with an arbitrary payoff function, the optimal replication problem is to find a dynamic portfolio strategy, that is self-financing and comes as close as possible to the payoff at maturity date T . In complet markets, such a dynamic-hedging stra...

Reduced Differental Transform Method (RDTM), which is one of the useful and effective numerical method, is applied to solve nonlinear time-dependent Foam Drainage Equation (FDE) with different initial conditions. We compare our method with the famous Adomian Decomposition and Laplace Decomposition Methods. The obtained results demonstrated that RDTM is a powerful tool for solving nonlinear part...
